Text: Exodus 8.25-28; 10.7-11; 10.24-26

“The Old Testament figures of the future things”

· Egypt represents the oppression, merciless, and pagan world. Deuteronomy 7.8;
·    Canaã represents our pilgrimage herewe are strange in this land. Genesis 11.31; Hebrews 11.9;
·    Israel in Egypt represents the God’s in the world yet. 1 Peter 1.17; 2.11,12;
·    Moses represents Christ liberating the people of the captivity.

“The Pharaoh’s offers represent the enemy wishes”

1ª Offer – Go, sacrifice to your God here in the land. Exodus 8.25
·    You can serve and adore to God here in the Egypt.
·  The place where God’s servant to adore is in God presence, because no one can serve two masters. Mathew 6.24;
·     Come out from them, my people. Revelation 18.4;
·    The friendship with the world is hatred toward God. James 4.4;
·   The bible says for you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Ephesians 5.8;
·      Christian lukewarm God spit out. Revelation 3.15,16;

2ª Offer – you must not go very far. Now pray for me. Exodus 8.28
· You converted, but you don’t need to pray a lot, to write the bible every Day, to consecrate, go to church weekly.  Psalm 1.1-6;
·  Young can have a look at Egypt. 1 John 2.15-17;
· Therefore, come out from them and be separated, says the Lord. 2 Corinthians 6.17,18;
·    But Moses said, that would not right. Exodus 8.26;
·   We must take a three days journey into the desert. Exodus 8,27;
·   What fellowship can light have with darkness. 2 Corinthians 6.14,15;

3ª Offer – Only the men go. Exodus 10.10,11
· Go men, the old men, leave the young and children here in Egypt. Exodus 10.10,11;
·    You converted, don’t want to stay in Egypt, but go only men, leave young. The enemy thinks that place of young and children is in Egypt. That thing of church is for old men, Young need to enjoy them.

4ª Offer – Only leave your flocks and herds behind. Exodus 10.24
·     You serve the Lord, but your properties stay in Egypt.
·  You adore God, but your properties adore the world, your money makes use of all, less in God’ works.  Proverbs 3.9,10;
·   You adore God with your familybut your properties don’t have anything     about gospel, we can’t spiritualize things. Salmos 24.1; João 1.2;
·   The Old Testament until animals didn’t work in fast Day.  Jonah 3.5-8;
· The bible describes several blessings for you and your properties. Deuteronomy 28.1-14;
·         The righteous man cares for the needs of his animal. Proverbs 12.10;
·          Moses Said: not a hoof is to be left behind. Exodus 10.26;
·         And whatever you do, whether in Word or deedDo it all in the name of the Lord Jesus. Colossians 3.17;    
·     So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10.31,32;
